English Language ArtsEnglish Language Arts (ELA) is dived into five major components:
Reading Literature (fiction) Informational Text (non-fiction) Writing Language (grammar/spelling) Speaking and Listening (presentations) As we navigate through each component, students will be given a pre-assessment with regards to state objectives. This provides the student and the teacher learning goals and a comprehensive learning path unique to each student's needs. During the learning process various quizzes or "pulse checks" will be given to prepare students for their post assessment at the end of end of each unit. |
